What You’ll Do

  • Train and coordinate the Canvassing team to generate leads for the Sales team in the field

  • Lead training: Week 1 in the office/online classroom, Week 2 hands-on in the field

  • Track incoming leads, ensuring accurate entry into Acculynx CRM and scheduling appointments for assigned Archer representatives

  • Utilize canvassing app software to verify territories worked and monitor canvasser progress

  • Track canvasser hours, verify with tracking tools, and report to payroll weekly

  • Schedule weekly hours and days for sales reps and canvassers every Thursday, pairing 1:1 matches daily/weekly

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Directors to plan weekly canvassing areas

  • Facilitate Monday meetings: ½ group discussion, ½ classroom education

  • Conduct daily a.m. checklist calls with canvassers and sales reps working that day

  • Ensure daily and weekly KPIs are met, reviewing performance with management weekly

 

What You’ll Bring

Pay & Bonuses

  • Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Bonus Structure:
    • $500 bonus for setting 10 appointments in a week, plus $60 per additional appointment
    • $1,500 bonus for setting 25 appointments in a week
    • $100 per PO# (when a lead converts to a job) for a retail job. $200 for a storm damage lead (when it requires a full roof replacement).
    • $25 lunch gift card for the first canvasser to set 2 appointments before lunch
    • We have several daily and weekly competitions as well to keep things fun and add additional incentives
  • Income Potential: $50,000+ annually with bonuses

 

Schedule

  • Hours: 20 hours per week for the first two weeks (training), then 32-40 hours per week based on production

  • Workdays: Monday–Saturday, day shift (hours will vary, a typical week you will work between 32-40 hours)

  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Paid Time Off (PTO):

    • Earn 1 hour of PTO per 26 hours worked (full-time)

    • Observed holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day (+ Friday), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day

    • PTO requests require 14 workdays’ notice, taken in 8-hour increments; max 5 consecutive days during peak season (April 1–December 1); up to 5 PTO days roll over annually
